Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate – GP Services for a global private equity leader. You will support financial operations, partnership accounting, and reporting for equity compensation partnerships, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role offers a competitive salary ($95,000–$105,000), a comprehensive benefits package, annual bonus opportunities, and a hybrid schedule with three days a week in the Fort Worth office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial operations experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
• Experience working with CRM systems, general ledger applications, financial reporting systems, and large databases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Administer loan facility platforms, including participant setup and ongoing maintenance
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries
• Post and reconcile daily cash transactions
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Prepare wire transfers and record financial transactions
• Support monthly partner reporting and financial reporting processes
• Prepare financial analyses and operational reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting assignments
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
