Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for GP Services in Fort Worth, TX. The role supports equity compensation partnership accounting and financial reporting, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The position requires 3–5 years in accounting/financial operations, strong Excel and data-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule with in-office days in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial operations experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
• Experience working with CRM systems, general ledger applications, financial reporting systems, and large databases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer loan facility platforms, including participant setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Post and reconcile daily cash transactions.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Prepare wire transfers and record financial transactions.
• Support monthly partner reporting and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare financial analyses and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting assignments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
