Job summary

Venture Search, in partnership with a global bank, is seeking an Analyst or Associate in New York to support GP-led secondary transactions from initial analysis through closing.

Responsibilities include building financial models, analysing portfolio companies and investment theses, and preparing client materials. The role requires M&A/secondary advisory experience and strong valuation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience within M&A or secondary advisory.
• Good knowledge of PE regulatory & legal frameworks.
• Advanced valuation & modelling skills.
• Experience in marketing & content documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of GP-led secondary transactions from analysis to closing.
• Build and maintain financial and valuation models.
• Analyse portfolio companies, performance, capital structures and valuations.
• Prepare client/investor materials and due diligence responses.
• Conduct market and transaction analysis to support execution and business development.
