Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• History of outstanding academic achievement.

• Strong quantitative and analytical background; experience in modeling and valuation techniques is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and other alternative investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside senior professionals to execute secondary transactions at every stage of the deal process
• Preparing presentation materials tailored for prospective clients
• Conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential transactions using various financial and industry analyses
• Assisting in creating transaction marketing materials, including financial models, investor presentations, confidential information memorandums, and process letters
• Supporting the logistics of capital raising and investor due diligence activities, such as managing online data rooms, organizing meetings and calls, handling investor requests, and gathering investor feedback
• Maintaining multiple information databases and monitored market data
