Job summary

West 10th Dental Team in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Hygiene Assistant to support hygiene procedures and patient care. You will prepare rooms, assist the hygienist, and help ensure a smooth patient flow in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Have your high school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and CPR certification within the required timeframe.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Set up a room for all hygiene procedures. Sterilize the room after each patient, and restock the room with supplies for procedures after each appointment.
• Seat patients, take vitals, and obtain consents. Assist the hygienist with patient charting. Schedule the patient's next appointment, and assist with schedule coordination.
• Review medical and dental history. Assist with patient education/oral hygiene instruction.
• Perform lab duties such as pouring models and fabricating whitening trays.

Schedule: Monday 6:30am - 1pm, Tuesday 8am - 5:30, Wednesday 8am - 5:30pm, Thursday 8am - 5:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 2pm, Some Saturdays 7:30am - 2pm
