Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a GP to deliver high quality clinical care within a scalable primary care model. You will work with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan, participate in governance and audits, and manage a mix of in-person and video consultations, triage, and medication reviews.

The role requires GMC registration and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent), a commitment to patient-focused care, and knowledge of QOF/DES.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list participation.
• GP accreditation such as MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to delivering high quality patient-focused care.
• Knowledge of QOF, DES and related clinical indicators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to registered and attenders in GP surgery and support delivery of operational plan.
• Maintain quality through clinical governance activities and audits to improve health outcomes.
• Provide clinical care including in-person and video consultations, triage, medication reviews, and related administrative tasks.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Assist Practice Manager and site clinical lead with the surgery action plan and KPI targets.
