Job summary

PayIt is seeking a Technical Solutions Delivery Manager to own the path from client need to delivered service, understanding complex Motor Vehicle and Transportation rules, shaping the solution, coordinating internal teams, and driving a repeatable delivery model across PayIt’s DMV services vertical.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in technical implementation, solutions delivery, technical program management for a B2B SaaS platform.
• Experience with government, regulated industries, or public sector is a strong signal.
• Able to read API specs, reason about integrations and data flows; comfortable with JSON, SQL, web services.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business rules and requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery timelines with milestones, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Manage client deployment calls and communicate clearly to internal leadership and agency stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Support, Client Operations) to ensure clean handoffs and post-launch ownership.
• Build repeatable playbooks and tools to accelerate future DMV deployments.
