Job summary

Intel's Government Technology Group is seeking a seasoned Foundry Solutions Business Development professional to drive customer engagement and accelerate adoption of Intel Foundry Services. You will combine technical depth with business acumen to translate mission requirements into actionable solutions across government clients.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required, with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Development or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor, silicon, or integrated hardware/software solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, design flows, and foundry business models.
• Experience with federal contracting and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and Business Development to design tailored Intel Foundry solutions
• Support the full sales cycle from engagement through delivery
• Provide technical leadership in presentations, demonstrations, and solution design discussions
• Develop proposals, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and optimize designs
• Drive competitive positioning, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Deliver technical documentation, implementation roadmaps, and risk mitigation plans
