Job summary

Itero Group is a Women-Owned Small Business dedicated to delivering government and private sector IT solutions. We are seeking a DSS Systems Administrator to provide desktop support services to our Government client, managing tickets in ServiceNow and supporting ClassNet/OpenNet workstations and peripherals.

The role emphasizes prompt ticket resolution, hardware/software troubleshooting, and collaboration across support teams to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience providing Tier 1 and 2 technical support with hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system; creating, updating, and closing tickets.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Must be US Citizen and clearable; Secret clearance (or higher) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs systems administrative, troubleshooting, and operational duties on computer systems in response to user tickets and outages.
• Support and maintain COTS and custom designed applications. Install, configure, and troubleshoot.
