Job summary

Tigua Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to support a potential government contract at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and the Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area.

The role oversees daily operations, personnel, and facility maintenance services to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, serving as main point of contact for government representatives, monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in base operations support management or similar contracts.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing daily operations.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance operations and maintenance processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to meet government installation access and background requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contract operations, including facility maintenance and support services.
• Supervise assigned personnel to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and emergencies.
• Serve as primary contact for government representatives on daily operations.
• Monitor performance against the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Develop work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure staffing, equipment, and resources meet requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and service concerns.
• Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions for quality.
• Prepare maintenance records and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
