You will review retirement packages, run retirement estimates, and counsel stakeholders on the content of those estimates. This role demands sound judgment, technical precision, and the ability to work independently in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience providing retirement support services.
• Experience reviewing retirement packages for voluntary and disability retirement cases.
• Experience conducting advisory services for voluntary and disability retirement cases.
• Experience running retirement estimates and advising on their content.

Responsibilities

• Review retirement packages for voluntary retirement cases and disability retirement cases.
• Conduct advisory services for voluntary and disability retirement cases.
• Run retirement estimates and advise on the content of those estimates.
• Independently review and advise on Government retirement benefits and eligibility.
• Code and process retirement personnel actions in accordance with the Government’s Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
