Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting, LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Specialist, Retirements to support government HR operations with retirement advisory and case review services in Washington, DC. The role requires reviewing retirement packages, providing advisory services, running estimates, and guiding action personnel processing per the Government's Guide.

The ideal candidate has at least six years of retirement support experience, with a track record in voluntary and disability retirement cases,

Description

TeleSolv is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Specialist, Retirements to support Government human resources operations with expert retirement advisory and case review services. The selected professional will review retirement packages for voluntary and disability retirement cases, provide advisory services for those cases, run retirement estimates, and counsel stakeholders on the content of those estimates. This role requires sound judgment, technical precision, and the ability to work independently in a mission-focused environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Review retirement packages for voluntary retirement cases and disability retirement cases.
• Conduct advisory services for voluntary and disability retirement cases.
• Run retirement estimates and advise on the content of those estimates.
• Independently review and advise on Government's Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
• Code and process retirement personnel actions in accordance with the Government's Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
