Qualifications

• : Currently enrolled full-time at a four-year university pursuing a degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• : Recent graduate within 12 months with a degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• : Basic understanding of the workings of the federal government and Congress.

Responsibilities

• Summarize legal and business documents, conduct research, attend and observe meetings, conference calls, and manage assigned projects.
• Interface with in-house staff on research and assigned projects.
• Assist preparing reports.
• Prepare summaries of meetings and research.
• Attend meetings and travel as requested by manager; create reports on proceedings; and analyze and organize business records.
• Conduct administrative work as needed.
