Job summary

Orchard LLC, based in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking a Senior Federal Proposal Pricing Analyst to shape competitive pricing strategies for high-priority Federal Proposals for Civilian and Defense Agencies. Hybrid role requiring U.S.

citizenship with the ability to obtain a federal clearance. You will collaborate with proposal and capture teams, leadership, Sales, Finance, Contracts, and technical teams to build compliant pricing models and cost/price volumes from early capture through final

Qualifications

• Demonstrated price-to-win analysis for federal proposals.
• Experience from early capture to final submission.
• Advanced Excel and pricing modeling skills.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contract types.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead price-to-win analysis for federal pursuits.
• Develop pricing strategies in partnership with leads and leadership.
• Analyze market intelligence to inform pricing models.
• Build, audit, and manage pricing models and cost/price volumes.
• Interpret solicitation pricing instructions to ensure compliant responses.
• Gather, validate, and reconcile pricing inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Support pricing reviews through submission and final pricing decisions.
• Maintain pricing assumptions and reusable pricing tools for future pursuits.
• Support customer quotes and related pricing requests.
