Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Customer Property Specialist at its Johnstown, PA facility.

The role focuses on managing Customer Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Equipment, including receipt, inspection, and reporting to ensure compliance with procedures and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating shipping and demil processes, and liaising with DCMA and other representatives to expedite disposition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of government property and inventory experience.
• Experience with CFE/GFE is a plus.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspect received items and verify counts/serial numbers.
• Enter receipt data into RMS/ERP/Excel and report receipts.
• Maintain inventory records of CFE/GFE.
• Prepare and ship material per shipping procedures.
• Record and report shipments of materials.
• Coordinate with DCMA and government reps to expedite processes.
• Demilitation coordination for CFE/GFE.
• Assist in creating reports for leaders.
