Job summary

SEACORP is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of the Government Property Management program in Middletown, RI. The role involves inventory management, physical audits, and collaboration with contracts, purchasing, and accounting teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or an Associate's with 3+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PIEE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or Associate's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret DoD clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PIEE and FAR/DFARS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and administering SEACORP's Government Property Management system.
• Conduct physical inventories and ensure accurate asset records across departments.
• Learn and operate eQuip Government Framework software as a program administrator.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to maintain custodianship of assets.
• Provide purchasing and receiving support as needed.
