Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Government Compliance in Clifton, NJ to manage government property control aligned with FAR requirements.

The role ensures accountability across government, contractor, and customer property, coordinating with multiple teams and executing closeout activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with several years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of government regulations and asset management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• FAR/DFARS understanding and familiarity preferred.
• NPMA Certification and PIEE experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining property accountability records, transfers, consumption and utilization activities.
• Coordinate disposition of excess, oversee movements or shipment of property.
• Ensure property is properly identified and tracked.
• Participate in property audits and provide guidance on government regulations.
• Verify inventory adjustments, liabilities, loans, and disposition are resolved.
• Coordinate with Plant Clearance, Inventory, Property Specialists to execute instructions.
