Qualifications

• Masters candidate or recent Masters graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1.
• Experience or exposure to audits, inventories, reconciliations, or data validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on property management support: locate, identify, tag, and track government and customer property.
• Conduct periodic inventories across offices, production areas, storage locations, and other spaces.
• Reconcile physical inventory results with property records and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with receipt, movement, transfer, and disposition of property with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate property records in property management systems through data entry and updates.
• Prepare and update reports related to property acquisition, tracking, transfer, utilization, inventory, and disposition.
• Support data integrity by reviewing records for completeness and consistency.
• Assist with audits and assessments by compiling documentation and researching discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with FAR, DFARS, and contractual requirements through data traces and process reviews.
• Support program reviews and property system audits by generating summaries and presenting information.
