Aufgaben

• Provide asset management customer service in support of Government Compliance objectives.
• Manage the asset management records database, including input of new records and updates to existing records.
• Ensure tracking and retention of audit artifacts; provide barcode tags and perform equipment tagging.
• Prepare asset management documentation and contribute to asset management reports for financial and inventory needs.
• Analyze the asset portfolio to identify opportunities for better utilization and reduce capital expenditures.
• Interface with customers, auditors, senior management, and internal stakeholders on asset management matters.
