The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in government compliance or contracts. Experience with property management systems and ERP tools is preferred; a graduate degree with related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of government compliance/contracts experience; graduate degree with 2+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FAR, FAR Supplements, and contract requirements for government property across programs.
• Maintain accurate property records and internal controls.
• Support government property audits and contract closeout activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to property compliance and accountability.
