Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Government Property Supervisor to support the Government Property Manager through the full lifecycle of property management, including audits and compliance with government standards.

You will coach staff, align resources, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across all functions. Responsibilities include establishing objectives, developing work plans, and ensuring resources are effectively positioned to meet contractual requirements while maintaining robust property

Qualifications

• Citizenship in the United States is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of team or personnel management experience.
• Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.
• Lead or support self-assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes.
• Supervise staff, including assigning duties, providing training, conducting evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, planning, and reporting to support organizational goals.
• Develop unit objectives, work plans, and resource schedules to meet requirements.
• Create and analyze metrics and reporting using Visual Management methods.
• Apply broad functional knowledge within Aerospace Administrative, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Maintain site-specific Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment Reporting, including Financial Reporting.
• Conduct Property Coordinator Meetings and Training to staff and cross functional groups.
