Job summary

KBR is seeking a Government Property Supervisor (hybrid/remote) to support audits, ensure compliance with federal asset standards, and coach site teams. You will work with the Government Property Manager across the DCMA framework, set objectives, develop work plans, and ensure resources meet requirements.

Responsibilities include leading self-assessments under FAR frameworks, supervising staff, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with government eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or HS diploma with 8+ years).
• 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.
• Oversee Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes (FAR 45 and 52.245-1).
• Supervise staff by delegating work, providing training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, planning, and reporting activities.
• Set unit objectives, develop work plans and schedules, ensure resources to meet requirements.
• Create and compile metrics/reports using Visual Management and analyze data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
