Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with Government reporting.
• Ability to present information to management or Government.
• Proficient in MS applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Certified forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Government and customer property accountability: Maintains and controls Government- and Customer-owned property; ensures proper tracking and documentation.
• Property administration and receiving: Establishes processes; performs incoming processing per ISO; uses Air Force and Army CAVs and Lockheed Martin ADIS.
• Inventory, parts, and storeroom control: Maintains parts records; processes transactions; manages storeroom, shipping and receiving.
• Compliance, audits, and DCMA coordination: Primary Government Property contact for DCMA; supports DCMA reviews; conducts internal audits.
• Shipping, closeout, and disposition: Verifies shippers; assists with contract closeout and property disposition; manages Scrap/Excess Inventory.
• Reporting, training, and representation: Prepares reports and metrics; delivers property handling training; represents organization.
