Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a Government Property Administrator to establish and maintain a compliant Government Property Management System for NASA/DoD contracts. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert on Government Property lifecycle, from identification to disposition, across U.S.

facilities and remote sites. The ideal candidate will bring administration of property processes, audit readiness, and experience with inventory, reporting, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Government Property, asset management, logistics, supply chain, contracts administration, compliance or related experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and with Government-owned/contractor-owned property.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal SME for Government Property and oversee the Property Management System.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, NASA requirements, and contract clauses.
• Maintain accurate lifecycle property records and conduct regular inventories.
• Coordinate audits, PMSA reviews, and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training on Government Property processes.
