Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Carson, CA is hiring for a Property and Asset Control Support – Level 3. This 100% onsite role focuses on contract property closeout, physical inventory, records management and reporting for key programs.

You will tag records, receive materials, perform reconciliations and maintain property records. Coordinate with NG departments to ensure timely closeout and participate in property audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of additional education and/or related warehouse experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Tag and create records.
• Receive material and tagged assets.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide various material and tagged asset reports.
• Maintain and dispose of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
• Coordinate with other NG departments to ensure the timely closeout of property.
• Maintain records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Perform property record reviews and inventory updates in property database system.
• Interact frequently with both internal and external customers.
• Assist with property audits and Contractor Self-Assessment activities.
• Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members as necessary.
