Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate design-build construction projects in Kansas City, MO. The role covers estimating, scheduling, quality control, and client coordination from concept through completion.

You will work with owners and the design team to develop drawings, review scope, and manage subcontractors. A hands-on, detail-oriented approach is required for on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• 3–5 years' design/build construction experience; general contractor preferred.
• Cold storage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and review scope.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings and manage multiple activities to meet targets.
• Ensure accurate project estimates; participate in proposal meetings and drive value engineering ideas.
