• Bachelor’s degree or five years demonstrated experience analyzing program budgets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to produce graphs, charts, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills to track obligations, expenditures and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate budget development and submittal in NEPS system.
• Revise financial planning documentation and submit to NEPS.
• Track government charge codes and expenditures against codes.
