T-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Budget Analyst at our Wallops Island, Virginia facility. The role supports the Surface Combat Systems Center and Navy programs through budget formulation, execution, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, have at least two years of budget experience, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; DoD clearance is highly desirable and travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, or accounting desired.
• Minimum of two years of budget-related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoW and Navy financial regulations, directives, and accounting principles to Navy programs.
• Interface with clients daily to fulfill financial service requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and financial data integrity within databases.
• Support all aspects of budget formulation and execution.
• Prepare financial and progress reports.
• Conduct financial reconciliations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommended actions.
• Prepare and present status briefs to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review the accuracy of travel itineraries.
• Research and provide compliance instructions for Federal Travel Regulations.
