Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review purchase requests for requirements and compliance with procurement laws and policies.
  • Prepare formal and informal solicitations based on regulations and funding sources.
  • Conduct pre-bid, bid hearings, evaluate bids, and assist with award recommendations.
  • Communicate with internal customers to determine service/material needs and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update procurement databases, contracts, and files in the ERP and related systems.
  • Assist staff training on procurement topics and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
