Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and determine bidding requirements per procurement laws and policies.
• Prepare formal and informal solicitations based on funding, laws, and lead times.
• Conduct pre-bid/bid hearings and analyze bids to ensure specifications are met and prepare award recommendations.
• Assist departments with daily purchasing needs and vendor arbitration.
• Communicate with internal customers regarding services, materials, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update procurement division data in ERP, contracts, and files.
