Guidehouse is seeking a Process Transformation and Change Management Analyst to support organizational transformation initiatives for a government client in Arlington, VA. In this client-facing role, you will gather business requirements, facilitate communication between clients and project teams, and support adoption of new processes and solutions.

You will coordinate change management activities, develop communications and stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitate meetings and workshops,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in analytics, communications, change management, or strategy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Experience coordinating with government stakeholders.
