Job summary

Lupin Ltd is seeking a Government Pricing Manager in New Jersey to calculate, analyze, and report pricing for federal and state programs. This role supports government pricing calculations, submissions, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

You will collaborate with Contracts & Pricing, Sales, Legal, and other teams to resolve pricing data issues, prepare analyses for management, and support audits and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical government pricing, finance, accounting, or related healthcare roles.
• Working knowledge of government pricing programs including Medicaid, AMP, URA, and 340B.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting, rebates, chargebacks, and managed care concepts preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, analyze, and validate government pricing data for submissions to federal and state agencies.
• Review and analyze transaction data for correct inclusion/exclusion per pricing methodologies.
• Analyze service and administrative fees and other pricing-related data elements.
• Use variance and reporting tools to evaluate data integrity and pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues affecting pricing calculations and reporting.
• Prepare recurring analyses, metrics, and reports for management review.
• Support policy, procedures, and calculation methodologies updates after regulatory changes.
• Identify process improvements and help implement controls.
• Manage quarterly 340B pricing calculations including AMP and URA analyses.
