Job summary

RELX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support modernization initiatives across a government portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning product, engineering, operations, security, and release management, driving portfolio planning, roadmap execution, and AI-enabled engineering programs.

You will maintain a portfolio-level view of priorities, manage schedules and milestones, and run structured program reviews with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project management, program management, or PMO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) required.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the program governance model across initiatives — cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of priorities and ensure resource allocation reflects strategic intent.
• Manage all phases of projects through the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple domains and regulators.
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to improve planning, reporting, and coordination.
