Job summary

LexisNexis Reed Technology seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive modernization across the government portfolio. You will coordinate governance across product, engineering, operations, security, and release management to deliver AI-enabled programs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detailed portfolio planning, and the ability to run structured reviews with senior leadership. Hybrid onsite work near Horsham, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project management, program management, or PMO experience.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) required.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts in Agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the program governance model across initiatives - cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of priorities and resource allocation.
• Manage all phases of assigned projects through the product development lifecycle.
• Project-manage cross-functional teams across Market Vertical, Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Legal, Operations, Security, and Release Management.
• Conduct stakeholder negotiations spanning portfolios and align on scope and sequencing.
• Build development road maps and project schedules; support roadmap planning and execution tracking.
• Maintain ownership of schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.
• Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports.
