JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Government Market and Product Expansion Director within the Commercial Bank Payments team to lead the Government market segment strategy and align payments offerings with client needs in a national market.

You will collaborate across product, sales, CSS, and marketing to drive market growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide product readiness for government clients in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting commercial bank clients in Sales or Product roles.
• Significant banking experience with understanding of payments and Government market landscape.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for market growth.
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence delivering value at scale.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and build strong relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify core payment flows in Government market; define needs for each flow.
• Build business cases for development to meet market needs.
• Design product operations; adapt collateral, sales training, pricing, and RFP materials.
• Partner with Product to ensure regulatory adherence and governance approvals.
• Collaborate with marketing on value proposition, market positioning, and sales readiness; align with Product for internal readiness.
• Work with sales, CSS and marketing to drive commercialization of products.
