Job summary

Empower AI is seeking an Application User Access Administrator to support access to the global IT environment and applications for Department of State users. You will manage access events, incidents, and change requests for a large user base, ensuring secure authentication and authorization.

The role requires strong RBAC skills, a minimum of 3+ years in IT access support, and a eligible Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or access management.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II application access support to internal users (~40K) via email, phone, chat, or ServiceNow.
• Maintain enterprise account management using RBAC to ensure secure access to systems and equipment.
• Monitor the customer's AD domain to provide authentication and authorization services for organizational units.
