Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Security Administrator I to oversee user security and troubleshoot access issues in a remote-based, nationwide role. You will provision and configure security for new hires and terminations, and help maintain secure systems across our environment.

The ideal candidate has AD and SQL experience, a Bachelor's or Associate degree (or equivalent experience), and a demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while upholding integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree and three years working in a technical security position preferred.
• If no degree, a minimum of five years working in a technical security position is required.
• Knowledgeable of MS Active Directory administration.
• MS SQL Server Permissions and access level knowledge are a plus.
• Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets security structure.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding and knowledge of computers, network, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall user security and troubleshoot access problems.
• Provision and configure user security for new hires and terminations.
• Coordinate security solutions across systems as part of onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while ensuring security.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices.
