Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a continuous, high-volume queue of inbound calls in a government contact center.

• Follow strict verification protocols before sharing information (MFA).
• Provide accurate information aligned with program policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized case documentation and clear written communication.
