Mercer’s Government Human Services Consulting (GHSC) practice focuses on the unique and challenging needs of the public health care sector, providing a wide array of consulting services to local, state, and federal government agencies across the country. GHSC helps clients achieve better outcomes, develop and deploy defensible strategies, and reshape the delivery of health care.

• Negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities.

What you need to have:

• Minimum three to five years of health care or health plan/ managed care industry experience required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated project management experience, with a proven ability to drive moderately complex projects to completion.
• Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
