Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Health Services Project Manager to join our team supporting the NC Air National Guard. The NCNG IBHS operates a 24/7/365 toll-free Helpline serving as the entry point for all support services. This portal must be monitored and responded to immediately by Licensed Behavioral Health Psychotherapists on a rotating basis.

This position is remote with occasional travel.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling psychotherapists to ensure coverage of the 24-hour hotline, daily operations, and special events such as Yellow Ribbon, deployment/redeployment, Family Programs, Victim Advocate, and others.
  • Liaising with the HIPAA-compliant answering service to sync their 24/7 calendar with the IBHS calendar.
  • Overseeing IBHS Health & Wellness Advocates to ensure delivery of crisis intervention, psychological assessments, treatments, psychotherapy, and educational, vocational, and rehabilitative counseling.
Essential Job Requirements
  • Education/License: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1-year post-graduate experience in behavioral health program management and working with community agencies and military personnel is preferred.
