Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of government finance experience.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial processes and support budget formulation.
• Document functional requirements and business processes.
• Support Oracle EBS Financials and federal financial systems testing.
• Prepare financial reports and perform data analysis.
• Coordinate between users and technical teams to resolve issues.
