Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise accounting and financial systems.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and evaluate systems.
• Experience in design, implementation, and testing of accounting systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for trend analysis and reporting.
• Must be eligible to obtain Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash receipts posting and reconciliation.
• Process and reconcile cash receipts via Lockbox, OTCnet, and Pay.gov.
• Conduct CBA reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Analyze transactions and coordinate with bureaus and contacts for resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with CGFS procedures.
• Provide user support and prepare/process documentation.
• Support ISO 9001 requirements and quality documents.
• Cross-train on ICB functions and provide backup support.
