The MIL Corporation seeks an Accountant (Accounting, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, South Carolina location. The successful candidate will assist in operating domestic and overseas financial systems, including payroll, accounting, accounts receivable, disbursing, and Treasury reporting.

This on-site role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage financial systems independently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, management, or information systems preferred.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in accounting or related fields.
• Experience managing financial systems independently and using MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in prioritization and management of changes to accounting systems and business processes.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of systems outputs.
• Respond to inquiries from customers; communicate regulations and procedures.
• Report system and process issues to appropriate personnel.
• Support system improvement initiatives related to AFR NFRs.
• Participate in continuous improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO-9001.
