OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Enablement Lead to empower government cyber professionals by turning Daybreak capabilities into practical, mission-focused workflows and stronger defenses.

This role combines technical credibility with hands-on training, executive briefings, and cross‑functional leadership. You will own the government enablement strategy, design curricula, deliver training, and collaborate with government leaders to translate frontline needs into actionable product

Qualifications

• Active security clearance, preferably TS/SCI.
• Deep cybersecurity expertise across threat modeling, vulnerability validation, remediation, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Daybreak's government enablement training and demos.
• Present to U.S. and international government cyber leaders, customers, and the cyber community.
• Translate frontline feedback into actionable product recommendations for Daybreak.
• Create practical learning materials: scripts, labs, digital courses, videos, and guides.
• Convene cyber councils and deliver tailored engagements for specialist teams.
