OpenAI is seeking a Cyber Enablement Lead for its Government team, based in Washington, D.C., with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office) and relocation support. Travel to government customer sites is required.

You will own Daybreak’s enablement strategy, design curricula, deliver training, and engage with AOs, CISOs, cyber operators, and senior leaders to drive measurable mission outcomes. You will act as a trusted cyber ambassador, shaping narratives for government audiences and guiding

Qualificações

• Hold an active security clearance, preferably TS/SCI.
• Deep cybersecurity expertise across threat modeling, vulnerability discovery and validation, remediation, detection, incident response and recovery.
• Experience building and delivering cybersecurity enablement that changes how people work, for both specialist teams and thousands of practitioners.
• Compelling speaker, writer, educator, and hands-on creator with ability to set strategy, write scripts, record demos, and run workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision and own the execution of Daybreak’s government enablement strategy, from audience research to curricula, delivery, and measurable impact.
• Serve as a trusted cyber ambassador, leading conversations with U.S. and international government leaders and customers.
• Shape narratives to guide executive briefings and thought leadership grounded in operational experience.
• Lead technical training, live demos, workshops, and executive conversations moving stakeholders from interest to action.
• Translate user feedback and deployment friction into actionable product recommendations for Daybreak Blue and Red.
• Create learning content: scripts, labs, digital courses, videos, facilitator guides, and playbooks.
• Convene and lead cyber councils to surface lessons and build a community of practice.
• Design learning programs that scale from small teams to thousands of practitioners.
• Connect Daybreak applications to real-world government cyber challenges including critical infrastructure defense.
• Define human‑machine teaming guidance to show where AI adds value and where human judgment is essential.
