Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Director of Customer Success to retain and grow government customer relationships across the VitalChek portfolio, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales.

This role will build proactive retention and growth capabilities, manage a team of five CSMs, and collaborate with product, implementation, and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success, account management, or sales leadership.
• Experience leading revenue retention, renewals, and account growth.
• Ability to forecast revenue and manage performance against targets.
• Proven track record building executive-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five Customer Success Managers focused on retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Own renewal and expansion forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Build scalable processes, roles, and best practices for engagement and health metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and outcomes.
