You will draft, negotiate, and administer government subcontracts and ensure flow-down provisions.

The role requires FAR/DFARS knowledge, risk assessment, compliance, and collaboration with legal, procurement, and business teams. Onsite position in Atlanta for 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years supporting U.S. Government contracting.
• Experience drafting and administering government contracts and subcontracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with contract risk assessments and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer government subcontracts per prime contract requirements.
• Ensure flow-down provisions and obligations are properly incorporated.
• Identify risks in terms and conditions and advise on revisions.
• Support cross-functional teams across legal, procurement, compliance, and business units.
• Maintain contract records and manage workflows in contract management systems.
