Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Government Compliance Leader to guide FAR/CAS compliance, cost accounting, and government contracting strategy. You will partner with Finance, Contracts, and Operations to translate complex regulations into practical, value-driven solutions.

The role demands executive presence, deep regulatory expertise, and the ability to influence senior leadership while balancing compliance rigor with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA or higher preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive government contract accounting with FAR Part 31 and CAS.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in government contracting environments.
• Experience working with DCAA and DCMA on audits, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal liaison with DCAA and DCMA, leading negotiations on FAR/CAS interpretations.
• Direct the production of Incurred Cost Proposals, CAS Disclosure Statements, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, and related rate analyses.
• Design, document, and implement policies and procedures embedding compliance into operations.
• Conduct proactive compliance surveillance and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities before questioned costs.
