Chimes DC | Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Project Manager to lead the government contract operations. You will manage people, standards, budget, and client relationships to deliver hospital-grade service at a federal facility.

Ideal candidates have hospital executive housekeeping experience, IEHA certifications, and a track record of building high-performing teams while maintaining safety, compliance, and quality in a complex environment.

Formación

• Hospital Executive Housekeeper experience within last 5 years.
• IEHA certification and ASHES membership with CEUS
• Training in hospital housekeeping procedures
• Knowledge of building service management and equipment
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and facility management
• Driver’s license and ability to drive a 15-passenger van

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day contract operations across all shifts.
• Build task and staffing schedules based on contract specs.
• Plan general maintenance and floor care services.
• Manage supplies and equipment with Contracts Administrator approval.
• Maintain key control and conduct quarterly inventories.
• Lead safety training and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Serve as a liaison with contracting officers and government representatives.
• Attend meetings with government and facility leaders.
