Chimes DC seeks an experienced Project Manager for Fort Meade, MD, to lead government contract operations in a hospital-grade cleaning environment. You will oversee staffing, schedules, budgeting, and safety compliance to ensure top-tier facility standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Hospital Executive Housekeeper or 3 years as Assistant Hospital Executive Housekeeper within last 5 years.
• IEHA certification and ASHES membership with annual continuing education.
• Training in hospital housekeeping procedures approved by NEHA.
• Knowledge of SDS, fire and safety, hazard communications, and bloodborne pathogens regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history; 25+ to drive a 15-passenger van.

Responsibilities

• Run the operation across all shifts, overseeing day-to-day contract operations and ensuring standards.
• Deliver hospital-grade service with a quality control program and staff training.
• Lead safety training and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise staff; provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
